“Great location close to historic downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. We enjoyed the peaceful, private, safe community.”

“I was pretty disappointed in this property. From the arrival it was clear that cleaning was not up to par. The provided towels were left wet on the beds, sand in the dryer, stained shower curtains, visible hair. Next the main tv was broken. Beds were hard as rocks. The pool key was no where to be found. The master bath took hours to drain after a 15 min shower. The rental company seems pretty detached and unaware of whats going on with their own property. With the price paid, I expected a clean and fully functional unit. This was more like a party house for college kids who wouldnt notice the difference. Although we alerted the company about a few issues, they werent able to resolve them during our stay so we just gave up. If we alerted them every time there was an issue, our whole trip would have been talking to them. Also, they make sure to "follow up" the day before to make sure you leave on time. Ive never had this happen at a hotel or other property.”
