“Very nice”

“The place was clean, looked just like the photos. Nice TVs, huge bathroom, clean kitchen. Only issue was the beds, the king bed was super comfortable but was SUPER squeaky. Just getting in and out of it made it make all grades of noise. And my kids said the sofa bed was not very comfortable. It was the spring type mattress and probably could use replacement mattress or a mattress topper. I laid on it and understood why they said it was not comfortable because you could feel every spring. Other than that everything was great!”

“We had an issue with the lock and we’re unable to get into the Airbnb the first night after dropping off our stuff. We were stranded outside from to 10pm past midnight. There is not one host, it is a company so we were on the phone with multiple representatives for hours who were not able to help us get inside. We eventually had to call a lock smith to pick the lock and pay for this ourself (but was then reimbursed to us). The rest of the trip we were not able to use the front door because of the issue, and had to jump the balcony wall and use the unlocked door. The place itself is spacious and in a decent spot, so we were excited. The issue with the lock really put a damper on the trip and made us feel unsafe.”
