“The house was in a great location, pool & hot tub were very clean, comfortable beds, & the couple of questions we did have were answered promptly.”

“Very disappointed, uncomfortable beds, nasty pillows, bathroom sink is leaking and the sink clogged. This house needs Major upgrades!!! The house it’s nothing like you see on the pictures.”

“The location and house were nice but the pictures did not match some of the items at the property. Both of the poolside lounge chairs were broken. When we reported this they were removed but no replacements were given. The family room TV was missing the Roku remote. The grill was rusted on the grates and not usable. We reported this and the company was very responsive bringing us a brand new grill. The first time we used the brand new grill the propane ran out mid cook which was frustrating. The following day we were brought a new one but this could have been avoided.”

“Place could’ve been a little cleaner upon arrival. It’s clearly a very pet friendly place. Dog hair left behind on/around furniture and a noticeable smell. We vacuumed and went out and bought fabric cleaner and other scented items and got the place smelling much better within a few hours. Beds are okay, but the living room furniture is comfy. The area is pretty great, 2 minute walk to the beach, a few minute walk to the sound. Overall found it to be a decent value for the price we paid, especially if you are looking for a “pet friendly house””

“House was full of pet hair and dust . The first two nights we were there had to clean water up due to roof leak. Only 1 light worked around pool and dryer would not dry clothes. Very disappointed for what I paid.”
