“Ok, first thing first, there were absolutely no roaches as stated in a previous review! The house was immaculate upon arrival. Pool and hot tub were great beach access however was difficult for my 84-year-old parents. We had to drive to a beach that had better access. It literally was like climbing Mount Everest (also stated in a previous comment). Nice private pool area. Luggage elevator was a godsend. We enjoyed the movie theater and pool table. Lots of games and puzzles to enjoy. Tons of books. kitchen had every gadget you could possibly imagine. I found a one cup Keurig coffee maker in the cupboard. I was planning to share a bedroom with my daughter but the bed was way too soft for my liking. They were all very soft. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the tower and it was very comfortable. Deck views are great! Gorgeous sunrise from the front and spectacular sunset from the back. We had a great week.”

“The house was amazing- very clean with comfortable furnishings and beautiful decorations. As others have noted- it is well stocked with games and books. The best was the incredible view of the ocean through the large picture window. It was wonderful to hear the ocean from the deck. The outdoor shower was great- clean with hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. They do tell you to bring your own spices for cooking. That was new to us to have to pack our own basic supplies (common spices, baking oils/sprays). But if you are going to cook- you will definitely need to get/bring. We were disappointed that in the other reviews it mentioned that it was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, equipment. Unfortunately, this was not the case when we looked. We relied on the reviews and didn’t have any chairs or toys for the kids to play with. Definitely bring/buy your own! Overall it was a a fabulous place, and we enjoyed our stay!”

“House is 20 minutes from the pool and you have to summit a 30 ft tall sand dune to get to the beach. No joke. Small kids or elderlies, handicapped, etc couldn't do it. Kitchen has an ant problem. No ice maker or trays. Carpet is shot. The house is cozy but needs a major refresh. Paint, new vinyl plank flooring throughout (carpet is stupid at the beach), grass cut and bushes trimmed, etc. Clothes washer/dryer are downstairs under the house. Trash was never picked up on either scheduled day. That's the bad. On the other hand, it was clean enough, comfortable and in a nice location. Ocean was visible from roof deck. Pool, although far, was very nice and we worked it into trips to Avon for groceries, etc. I loved the surf decor. Beach was beautiful and quiet once you scaled Everest.”
