“too many rules. The moment you walk the door the first thing you see is a long list of rules for the HOA. Basically saying "no fun allowed" This was a big turn off. The grounds are not maintained, the patio was filthy, the hot tub is tucked behind a storage shed and you can't use it after 9 and you can;t play music on the deck or at the hot tub . When we did use the patio we felt like the neighbors were spying on us reporting any possible wrongdoing. The living area had a couch from 1962 that was terribly uncomfortable. Since it's owned by "Vacasa" it's not the same experience we've had with other AirBnB homes. It felt "corporate" and "impersonal" and that it was an inconvenience to share your home (for 330$ a night, too expensive for what you get)”
