“This is a beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures and description. The deck and the dock were the real highlights for us. It was easy to check in and communicate with the host. We have usually vacationed in Wrightsville Beach but really enjoyed the quieter atmosphere of Topsail. We'd gladly come back here again.”

“Great property and location. Furniture and comfort amenities were a bit dated. Ground level suite was musty and felt not as inviting. The biggest complaint’s are around cleanliness. A great opportunity for improvement would be an updated vacuum to help clean the floors while guests enjoy their stay. We washed all dishes before using because they didn’t feel clean. Kitchen amenities/dishes were limited and did not meet our group of 12. Given the property was listed as luxury, an updated and more comfortable furniture (new chairs/cushions) space outdoor would improve the stay. The outdoor being beautiful with a gorgeous view needed to be cleaner. It felt abandoned in some areas (near the outdoor sink). The initial walk-in impression did not match the photos listed online. It did not feel as clean, well taken care of as the photos showed. Dock was aged with large nail showing and hard for children to occupy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

We celebrated our granddaughter’s first birthday and her very first time touching the sand, and the home could not have been more perfect. The welcome basket and personal note made us feel at home immediately. The kitchen and charcoal grill made family dinners a breeze. Traveling from all corners of the country, we were so grateful for the provided pack-n-play, high-quality beach gear, and towels—it saved us so much packing hassle! Even the rainy days were a blast thanks to the great games and puzzles. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
