“This is a beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures and description. The deck and the dock were the real highlights for us. It was easy to check in and communicate with the host. We have usually vacationed in Wrightsville Beach but really enjoyed the quieter atmosphere of Topsail. We'd gladly come back here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is in an ideal location right on the beach, and the layout was absolutely perfect for our multi-couple group. We especially loved that every bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and private deck. Wrightsville is such a fun, relaxing place. Just to help with future guests, we wanted to mention a few minor things that could elevate the experience. For a group of 10 at a luxury property, the toiletries and towel/linen allocations felt a bit sparse, so a few extra backups would be amazing. We also noticed the common area AC and main fridge struggled in the summer heat, and a few furniture pieces are starting to show some normal wear, though everything was still very comfortable. Thank you for a great getaway!”

“Rachel was a great host and her place was clean and well decorated. The apartment was exactly as described, and I loved sitting on the balcony to view the river. It is right in the heart of downtown so there are tons of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby all just downstairs. Please note that there will be some noise late on the weekends due to the busy downtown across the street. Thanks again Rachel!”

“Went to celebrate my mother's birthday. Check in was easy, and the place was easy to find. Plenty of room available for 6 adults and 3 kids. Pool was nice, and beach was walking distance. I was really impressed that everything just worked - TVs, appliances, etc. No issues with anything in the place. Rachel was very responsive when we had a blip with the elevator, and quickly had the matter resolved. A beautiful home right next to the beach. The kids loved the pool, and getting things over to the beach for the day was a breeze as you can walk right across the street. Thanks for having us!”

“If you have pets, this is the place for you. Every detail, from pet shampoo to pet combs, was available. There is a chicken coup in the fenced in backyard, which might bother some pets. My 2 doodles were fine. And I got to cook the fresh eggs, which was an unexpected and fantastic gesture. The home is close to downtown Wilmington and ~20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay! It was an ideal set up for my husband, myself and our 2 adult children, especially having the sleeper sofa for an extra bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen items we needed. Also, we really appreciated the Welcome Basket with some extra supplies. That was a nice touch. We thoroughly took advantage of relaxing on the balcony sitting in the high top Adirondack chairs and loving the view of the ocean. So peaceful too! St. Regis has a wonderful pool area which is a plus. We had great meals and great service at not too distant restaurants including Riverview Cafe, Splash By The Sea and Daddy Macs Beach Grille. Thank you for making our family time together a great experience and our communications with you were effortless. We hope your place will be available again for a future visit. Thank you!
