“The house is gorgeous! Top end appliances, comfy beds, great areas to relax. The views are stunning of mountains. The back deck is perfect for sunsets and stargazing!! My favorite spot was the back screened in porch with a fireplace. We were the first family to stay there so I am sure any of the issues we had will be worked out. The driveway is very steep so depending on the weather when you book, certain vehicles may be an issue. The internet was spotty at best. The living room fireplace wasn't operational our entire stay - they did inform of this after we booked. There was an issue with needing additional money after we booked through Airbnb to cover the HOA's temporary membership fee. All of the doors opened/locked differently. Our biggest disappointment was firepit area - there is no easy path to access it. It is a very steep, narrow path either to the side of the house or through the breezeway both with no railings - something to keep in mind if you have any mobility issues.”
