“Overall, a nice and spacious place. We picked it since we would be closer to the nature activities and hikes. About 15 mins away from the city, and parking is very cheap in Asheville, so it made sense to be this far out. The reason I gave it 4 stars was that the interactions with VueStays felt robotic, and it felt like I was talking to a corporation. Extreme cut-and-dry responses. I stayed with a family of 4 adults for 5 nights and wasn't granted 30 extra minutes for checkout, no flexibility at all. If you're looking for an actual Airbnb with a private single owner, this is not the place; it's operated like you're living in a hotel at Marriott.”
