“This charming house is really well renovated. every little detail is designed so that you have the charm of an historic home with modern conveniences. Comfy beds and nice linens. (note, bedroom 2 is not 2 twins but a double/trundle.) kitchen is stocked with essentials (spices, etc., drip coffee maker, but no coffee). The living area is spacious. Hosts were super responsive and flexible with checkin. The location is convenient to Asheville and black mountain. the neighborhood is comprised of tract homes (one which has a rooster that crows at dawn) right off a railroad track. Our family of four enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room. A note: The fence is still broken, and the water never got hot, so those are things I’d check into before booking.”

“The house was great! It's super cute and exactly what we needed. There were a couple things that would have been nice to know about ahead of time like the fence was broken (they know about and had someone coming to fix it after our stay) and there's an additional charge for pets on any furniture. Besides those things, communication was great and it was exactly what we needed for a weekend to visit family!”
