“We have been coming to Surf City from NJ with friends since my son was one. He’s now six and we have added 6 more kids to the crew. The house was perfect and exactly what was advertised. Great location. Great space. LOVED the pool and outside space. Roof top was perfect for after the kids went to bed! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for having us!”

“This was an amazing venue for our sister's weekend. We had plenty space to move around and relax. Everyone felt right at home. We were able to prepare meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen and gather in the common space that housed the dining and living room. The rooms were great! I would suggest editing the locations of the rooms in the overview. I tried to assign rooms in advance and had to change them when we arrived, only because according to the elevator, the 1st Floor is really the outside! :) So stating there are bedrooms on the 1st floor is misleading. The bedrooms are on floors 2,3 and 4, and the common area/kitchen is on floor 4; the listing says floor 3. I had to reacclimate myself and regroup. No biggie, just a suggestion. Also, the bedroom on the 4th floor is right off the common area, and there is only a half bath. It was a little inconvenient, but not a game-changer. Everything worked well. We will definitely rent again and highly recommend this location to others.”

“Location location location, the spot is so close to everything you could want to do in Surf City / Topsail Island. The property was exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking to do. The unit was very clean, well stocked with everything you will need and even items you may have forgot (like I did). The host was very easy to communicate with and left clear descriptions and directions for everything. I will strongly recommend them and look forward to my next stay here.”
