“Don’t stay here or rent from this company. The place was not cleaned before our stay. We found dirty sheets, comforters, towels and a dirty bathroom. A used q tip was found on the floor. The AC doesn’t work upstairs. Outside is a vile, damp, moldy storage room that makes the entire property, inside too, smell like mold. The property has bug issues (ants, cockroaches) and they were outside, in the kitchen, in people’s bedrooms. We asked for a second trash can, the only one there was a non-city can. It was not taken on trash day and when we requested pickup a city can appeared. We were told that would take too long. A sewer line broke while staying and we couldn’t use the water. They never informed me when it was fixed until I asked. The office was rude, unhelpful and lacked urgency to solve problems. I had to ask twice for towels and was rudely told to wash them. I was gaslit that we didn’t see cockroaches. I was told to close the blinds and the AC works. Don’t waste your money here.”

“Everything was good,except the Jettub was so noisy ,and it splashed the water out,also the sink in the bathroom drained very slow.”

“Good location. As advertised mostly. Does have Keurig. Located on a peaceful rd with minimal traffic. Access to beach was easy. Washer and dryer is in a bedroom, so no putting wash in and going to bed! Floor bulge made cooling one bedroom door difficult. Rusty knives.”

“We enjoyed and will return. The condo was suited for our smaller group. We recommend renting bicycles. The location was very bike and walker friendly. Try Bill’s Seafood for fresh fish and wonderful sides!”
