“Close, walking distance to main ski area. Great place to stay for annual Oktoberfest celebration”

“This is my first disappointing Air BnB stay so it is not a great feeling to write a review like this. I will just summarize saying that the home had several mice, mice droppings throughout, and when I told the rental company they just downplayed the incident as a result of a storm in the area. I arrived over 24 hours prior to the storm and when I arrived there was a dead mouse in one of the toilets and mice droppings next to the tub, on nightstand tables in the bedrooms, and even on the bathroom and bedroom linens. The dismissal of a hygienic concern makes me feel as though this company does not manage their properties with the thought of the people staying but only on their profit. I would not stay in that same home due to the mice, and I would never rent through this agency again due to their lack of accountability. P.S. A partial refund is not accountability. I expected no return in funds, I just want future renters to not have mice in their belongings and on their food.”

“Older property. Bring extension cords as there are hardly any electrical outlets! They don’t provide amenities like shampoos or conditioners. Bed is small bedroom is very hard and uncomfortable. Ok place for a 1-2 nighterr”

“The day of our arrival, I had not received any information about checking in. I was supposed to get a text & email for the code for entry to the home, the day before our arrival. I arrived and tried calling the office to get the information. The office was closed. After waiting for over 2 hours for a response via text or email, I contacted the Airbnb office number and they could not help me. I went to the main office and contacted emergency services and was given the code to enter the home. I contacted the rental company the next day, did not get a response. I’m not sure how 2 different ways to contact me was not received. The home was very easy to get to, very clean, comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay. I was disappointed that the deck area was not clean. The picnic tables were dirty. No chairs, but there were camp chairs for everyone to use. I would suggest a gas grill for the deck. The Byrnes Family I would prefer that this review not be published.”

“The unit overall was nice. The temperature inside the unit with windows open and fans on didn’t get below 83 degrees during the day and 77 at night. The listing stated the unit had a portable AC unit but it did not.”
