“The condo looked just as the pictures shown. It felt very homey. We loved the screened in porch area to sit and watch the boats at the marina. The whole St. James area was very nice and we felt very safe there. Neighbors were very friendly as well. Would highly recommended this place.”

“What a great little condo in the marina! We loved having access to beacon and the shops and a great view of the water. Fourth of July weekend was such a great get a way . Got to use the beach club only ine of the four days we were here because parking is limited, but def would stay again!”

“Nice location and unit. And it was great that we could bring our dog. Unfortunately we couldn’t get help with questions about the tv so we were unable to use it. But overall a good getaway.”

“Visiting St James for a wedding - we were two couples and a single - perfect space for the 5 of us. The layout was roomy, the deck overlooking the marina was perfect for coffee in the morning and just relaxing. The beds were comfortable. Note the unit is on the third floor, and it is a walk up so plan accordingly! I would 100% rebook.”
