“Great potential. It appears we were the first guests and no one made sure things were in order before we arrived. Microwave didn’t work. The cold water leaked from under the refrigerator until we turned the water off. Couldn’t use dishwasher. Kitchen was minimally supplied with basic needs to prepare a meal. There was only one towel for all 4 of us. Hot tub was dirty and cold. No sheets on master bed. No hairdryer. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. No working lights in the upstairs two bedrooms. Electrical outlets didn’t work in the master bedroom. Host responded promptly to our text messages, but made no effort to resolve any of the problems. They did however, give us a 2/3 refund. Enjoyed the pool table. Beautiful outside views and walkable areas. Great Fire pit and comfortable seating outside on the patio . Pet friendly. It could be an amazing experience if they fixed all the problems mentioned! The scenic mountains and wildlife are very peaceful .”
