“Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants. Dog friendly with dog park very close by. Over priced due to bad odors, moldy shower curtain and liner, moldy tile in shower. Garbage disposal wouldn’t run and also had moldy smell. Had to buy plug in air fresheners to help with odor. Comforter/bedding had bad odor-left bed clothing with an unpleasant odor. Visible items under the porch looked sloppy and uninviting. Yard more dirt and ant hills ..not much grass/landscaping. Side of house needs Powerwashing.”

“I am pampered here in the north. We don't make our visitors make their own beds after a ling trip to get there. The shower was broken and you could only get a scalding hot shower or ice cold. No salt or pepper shakers. Like I said, I'm spoiled up here in the north. lol South Point was everything I dreamt it would be. Absolutely beautiful!”

“Stay was amazing. We came with 2 families totaling 8 people and fit comfortably. Pros Spacious Clean Close to dock 2 restaurants Close to a bar Beach is 10 min away Great area Comfy beds Sanitized sheets Rooms were BIG Cons Insects on bottom floor Minimal household paper products No cleaning supplies”
