“The house was beautiful and spacious and great vacation spot for a large family. Short walk to the beach and a very well stocked kitchen with pans, dishes, etc. I think my review is more to the rental company than the house itself. While communication is great. Having run an Airbnb for over six years, never once have I thought to tasks my guest to make the beds upon their arrival or charge them upfront to make them up in advance. The à la carte fees with this company are over the top. A very late check-in at 5 o’clock, but if you pay extra, you can check in early. Scant amount of paper products provided you will be told to bring extra. We had a great time but I will hesitate to rent through this company.”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Southern Shores. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the very expansive covered porch, and refreshing pool. The neighborhood was convenient for getting to all parts of the Outer Banks, and we biked/drove into downtown Duck most days. Management company was also very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely come again!”
