“Seaside was fantastic. They had clear instructions and everything they advertised was accurate. A big huge shout out to the woman at the front desk of the business and the maintenance man(did not get names). My dog had an anxiety attack and chewed the trim of the front door, I was so upset as this is someone’s home and was my partners birthday so unneeded stress. They both made me feel like everything is okay and was more concerned about my vacation and my dog than the unfortunate situation. Sorry again and will absolutely rent from seaside again for the best experience and hosting.”

“The house was beautiful and spacious and great vacation spot for a large family. Short walk to the beach and a very well stocked kitchen with pans, dishes, etc. I think my review is more to the rental company than the house itself. While communication is great. Having run an Airbnb for over six years, never once have I thought to tasks my guest to make the beds upon their arrival or charge them upfront to make them up in advance. The à la carte fees with this company are over the top. A very late check-in at 5 o’clock, but if you pay extra, you can check in early. Scant amount of paper products provided you will be told to bring extra. We had a great time but I will hesitate to rent through this company.”
