“Had a great time enjoying our vacation in the OBX. The beach volleyball, pool, hot tub, pool table, fuse ball table, arcade machine and huge list of board games were just a few of the things we did around the house when not on beach. Would love to go back”

“The home was in wonderful condition. The sleeping arrangements were great for our 9 family members. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was just great. We had lots of fun! Dave”

“Enjoyed the property, the views, layout, sleeping arrangements, fully stocked amenities kitchen, and screened-in deck. The skylights and rustic floor-to-ceiling windows on one side of the house made the space especially scenic. Thoughtful touch with towels and washcloths shrink-wrapped was appreciated from a hygiene perspective and having an extra set available to change mid-week was especially nice. Commute and accessibility to the beach and activities were perfect! Loved the ease of check in and out with adequate privacy and seclusion! Better cleaning requested in interior areas (the spiders and spiderwebs). The ceiling in the main living area and the master bathroom showed water damage, and there appeared to be greenish-black spots sores that looked like mold. Exterior steps were wobbly and should be secured. Blankets smell and should be washed and the red sofa is peeling and leaves material on clothes. Overall, a wonderful getaway!”

“We paid Top dollar for this rental for a week walked in and the gate broke off in our hands floors obviously dirty from the time we opened the front door bathrooms are filthy contact lens in the middle of the bathroom floor dead bugs, hair on the steps on the carpets carpets are filthy outside. Landscaping very un appealing dry leaves obviously from last year basement was so dark and dreary that we wouldn’t even let the kids go down there to play pool or the other machines no office there was no swing on the front porch is mold in the one shower two main bedrooms had no air-conditioning. People entered the house at least twice while we were out once took our stuff out of a refrigerator laid on the floor and took the refrigerator. We called immediately to let James know that the place was dirty and not what we expected. He said he would send his team in to clean it. Young man showed up with a paper bag in his hand so my daughter just had them open up their cleaning supplies and we clea”
