“The home is beautiful and directly on the water, which was perfect for renting a boat for the weekend. We rented the house for 13 guys for the weekend and they loved the basketball hoop, pool table, other game tables, outdoor spaces, everything! There are 2 fully functional kitchens which was very convenient. We would definitely rent this place again.”

“This house was in terrible condition. Furniture was broken (sofas, headboards, chairs), floor in breakfast area rotten, 4+ door handles broken, broken window had plexiglass, mold on back of house, landscaping was lacking (exposed black plastic weed barrier all around house and on lake “beach”), basics missing in kitchen (glasses, wine glasses, mixing bowls, hand towels, bath mats). The layout is not good for a large group w/ 3 en suite bathrooms and a ridiculous bathroom downstairs that no one can actually sit on (there’s no way it meets building code). The house was absolutely filthy (floors so gross we wore shoes inside), cobwebs/dead bugs everywhere inside, sticky handrails and cabinet handles, dust/pet hair, dinged/scuffed walls and floors, and dishes were put away very dirty. Appliances did not work properly (dishwasher barely cleaned, dryer had to be serviced after spending all day drying 2 loads of laundry). Communication about problems poor. Do NOT pay luxury house price!”
