“This condo is the most perfect location! Right on the beach and we could watch family swimming from our balcony. Very responsive and nice property management. They had beach gear we could use too, boogie board, umbrella, fishing net etc. 3 floors up so be aware of that. Perfect spot if you have a dog because the unit is right next to the dog area at the bottom of the steps. Primary shower is tiny, if you are a big person you will need to use the main bathtub. Overall a great stay. Wish checkout was later - 10am is so early when check in is 4pm. All in all - The most perfect location!”

“The setting and beach were wonderful. Lovely sitting on third floor porch to watch sunrise. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, however, no spices, salt pepper, oil, foil etc. - you'll need to bring everything you need to cook anything. First time I have had to make and unmake the bed - linens are old/worn. Third floor mattress is motel grade. For >$1300/night I would expect at least toilet paper to be provided! No dishsoap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, toiletries....you will need to stock the entire beach house. Coffee maker not specified, asked & given wrong info. Messy pile of beach stuff in shed, some broken, dirty. Dog policy changed from booking to our stay - they tried to get additional fees - luckily Airbnb had a copy of the policy at booking and we were not charged. Made to sign a separate rental lease that differs from terms on Airbnb. Big rental company that does not care about hospitality. First time I would not stay at a place again.”

“We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed the location. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. The unit was on the fourth floor, and the elevator stopped working for several hours on our second day. My wife was working remotely, and the internet was also out for an entire day. The unit also had a strong dog-urine smell, the floors were not clean, and we encountered several bugs during our stay. While we enjoyed the location and had a great overall vacation, these issues made the accommodations less comfortable than we expected. We hope the owner addresses these concerns for future guests.”
