“Place is absolutely beautiful. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I didnt get notification that we could check in til well after 6pm. Which is okay. I get it. HVAC is controlled by owner of the house. When we woke up the first morning, it was 84 in the house. Contacted realty company and owner had on energy saving mode. Realty told me owner took it off. Well owner halfway did, they allowed us to set it to 68 degrees but it would still go in energy saving mode at night and when we would wake up it would be hotter in the house the next morning. We had to mess with thermostat several times a day. I feel like if owner is going to control HVAC then it should be noted in the rental. If I knew it was controlled, I wouldn't have booked this place. I feel like I paid a HEFTY penny to wake up hot everyday.”

“Better Surf or Sorryhas a beautiful location, with a very private feel to it due to the large pond off of the back of the house. We loved watching the water fowl and sunrises and sunsets out there. There were a lot of rip tides during our beach week, so it was very helpful to have the pool for our children to play in. We will definitely seriously consider returning! Our daughter has already asked if we can come back next time!”

“The house was refreshing and suited our family of 7 well. The house is nicer than ones we’ve rented in the same category before. The beds are comfortable with nice sheets. The bathrooms were nice and well cleaned. The kitchen is very nice and is well appointed. Plenty of bathrooms and lots of hot water. Resort Realty was quick to respond and solve an A/C issue, and their staff is very helpful and friendly. Nicely furnished. Had a great outside shower too! The grilling area could be a little better but overall, I’d give the house a 4.9 of 5! Would recommend to others and plan to rebook in the future!”
