“I loved the space in this home! It was exactly what I wanted in terms of surroundings and closeness to the beach. My pups, guests and I had a great week here and will definitely come back! Rooms are spacious many had their own bathrooms which were also spacious. View from the top deck is amazing! Space in common areas is great, same with pool area! Overall a great place to relax by the pool or 2-3min walk to the beach.”

I'm very particular about cleanliness when it comes to vacation rentals, and this place absolutely exceeded my expectations. It was spotless. We stayed with our three dogs, and it was the perfect place for all of us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The beach is just a short walk away, and I'd definitely recommend bringing a beach wagon to make carrying your beach gear easier. The neighborhood is beautiful, the property is gorgeous, and the entire experience was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing Outer Banks getaway!”

“The Kees rental company is absolutely terrible and I don’t recommend renting thru them even if it’s air Bnb. The AC was out on the main floor for 2 nights and no one was able to fix it during that time period. They also strung us along with no reliable timeframe. They even put me on hold until after 5 then hung up on me so they didn’t have to field the call after hours. When we requested a partial refund for the lack of AC they denied our claim since we rented through Air Bnb. Nice place overall but the lack of AC when it’s 90+ degrees out kind of ruined our trip.”
