“Misrepresentation! Failed to show the massive new 4 story house being built 10 feet to the left of the house. Construction noise all week! The beach was not “accessible” as it had a 8 foot drop from the dunes to the beach (no stairs) beware if you have disabled or elderly people in your party. Master bedroom is tiny!! There bed literally shakes if someone walks up and down the stairs. There are NO blinds on the top floor!! Neighbors and construction crews could see inside with zero privacy! 0/10 would NOT recommend. I wish we could show the photos!”

“We spent a wonderful family vacation at your home. The only surprises were the wonderful amenities and nearby supplies, gas, ice, fresh seafood, Watersports equipment and groceries. Glad we purchased the pool heat as it was cool and raining a couple days. Perfect size for a group of 10. First time to the Outer Banks, hopefully not the last! The porches were fantastic and hot tub popular with our family.”

“Overall, the location was incredible. Watching the sunsets every evening was enjoyable for all. Brindley Beach needs some upkeep and better cleaning, along with providing essential items, which is why I docked stars. The kitchen flooring was very sticky and dirty. There was no mop available, so I hand washed the floors in the kitchen the morning after we arrived. There was no soap available in the entire home when we arrived to wash hands. There were no complimentary shampoos to be found. There were limited towels and no beach towels or beach extra (chairs, etc) provided. No pool toys (noodles etc). There was not even salt or pepper. Toilet paper was provided at one roll per bathroom. We had to buy newrly everything, which is not what we are used to for Airbnbs. They included only two pods for the dishwasher, which seemed cheap considering we booked for an entire week and paid a premium price. I would have expected basic essentials would be provided, especially at this price point.”

“A phenomenal view of the water. We felt right at home and enjoyed access to the beach. It was perfect for a morning coffee to watch the sunrise.”

“The house was beautiful. Pretty clean. It did have a stale beer smell in the dining room. And a dead animal smell in the kitchen, which was from a bird nest in the kitchen duct work. Someone came right over to take care of that pretty quickly. While the bird for back in a few hours later the smell was gone the rest of the time. Cleaners left a few things behind but not a bothersome to me or my family. We paid for the pool heat which only worked 30% of the time so didn’t get to swim much. Which they kindly refunded. All in all I would recommend Brindley beach, and if I ever wanted to go back to the outer banks I would definitely use them again.”
