“House is bigger in person than the pictures. The beach access is a short walk down the road (bring bug spray). Handicap access is convenient. Great rental for the price.”

“We had a great stay here. It was within walking distance to the beach and in the quieter part of the Outer Banks. We did have to buy some hand soap and paper towels, as the home didn’t come stocked with those.”

“We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for our 6 kids and 4 adult party. The beach was within a short walking distance as well as a gas station and coffee shops. While I was surprised not to have hand soap or trash bags or dish soap provided I would still love to stay at this location again!”

“Our weekend in Avon, North Carolina was exactly what we needed. The beach house was cozy, relaxing, and just steps from the ocean. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the deck listening to the waves, our afternoons soaking up the sun on the beach, and our evenings watching the most beautiful sunsets. Avon has such a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it easy to completely unwind. The house had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Between the quiet beaches, fresh ocean air, and quality time with family and friends, this was one of our favorite beach getaways yet. Already counting down until we come back! Avon on the Outer Banks is especially loved for its quieter beaches, easy beach access, and relaxing atmosphere compared to busier tourist spots”

“Awesome little place tucked away by itself on the sound. Fishing was great right from the back yard and bait was easy to catch in the channel beside it. Also very close proximity to multiple 4x4 beach ramps. Suited our group of fisherman better than any place we've stayed before. We'll be back !!”

“The home was beautiful, however, there were no window coverings throughout. Sleep was non-restorative considering there was a full moon and we also faced the sunrise. Sleep was like camping. Do not come if you have children. There was no privacy when in the bathrooms or bedrooms. The agency was unhelpful and unapologetic. The home was not ready for rental.”

“Misrepresentation! Failed to show the massive new 4 story house being built 10 feet to the left of the house. Construction noise all week! The beach was not “accessible” as it had a 8 foot drop from the dunes to the beach (no stairs) beware if you have disabled or elderly people in your party. Master bedroom is tiny!! There bed literally shakes if someone walks up and down the stairs. There are NO blinds on the top floor!! Neighbors and construction crews could see inside with zero privacy! 0/10 would NOT recommend. I wish we could show the photos!”
