“Nice home but needs a good cleaning. It could use a little updating with carpets and furniture. Location was good. Loved the game room. Happy that pets were allowed.”

“House was as described. Lots of room, aside from having to wash the blankets that clearly were not clean and the excessive clutter in the cabinets it was an enjoyable stay.”

“Beautiful location, lovely home. For the price we paid (which was a LOT for one week), everything should have been in working order. The living room TV remote was broken (the volume only went up even when pushing the down button), so we couldn't use it because it was so loud. The blinds were broken in a couple of the windows, obscuring our view of the beach from our bedroom and downstairs living room (which was part of the reason we paid so much -- to see the ocean from our room), and the hot tub was also broken (similar to the TV, one of the buttons didn't work and the temp would turn down but not up, so it got too cold). The manual said that someone would come to clean the pool twice per week while we were there, and nobody ever came. So we had to clean the pool every day ourselves. Not a huge deal, but for that price, we should have gotten what we paid for -- and at least what was promised.”

“Great location and easy beach access just over the dunes. There had been lots of rain leading up to our visit, so there was standing water around the house and street leading to the house.”

“The sunrise view was awesome. The commute to the beach was convenient. Details say you can’t use the access to the beach from the house. As all the other people used our property to access the beach we did so. The walk isn’t bad at all. No one maintains it so there are briars. The house was dirty and smelled as if it was covered up by “fabluso”. The size was great. We did not like the children’s room being down stairs by the front door so we brought the mattress upstairs with us. The balcony door did not shut proper that is a safety hazard. There was only one extra trash bag for a 4 day stay with a family of 7. One roll of toilet tissue. As well as only 1 dish washer pod. The entire home shakes (bad) when some walks from the bedroom to the kitchen. You can visibly see it when sitting on the porch. Almost makes you motion sickness at night. There was no hair dryer or blow dryer. ALL OF THE UNTILY CLOSETS WERE UNLOCKED AND OPEN. I was not satisifed with the cleanliness of the home.”
