“A few great things about this spot: 1) the location and views/ proximity to the beach are amazing. 2) it’s dog friendly 🐾 3) the VayKLife gear rental perk was perfect. We rented bikes and highly recommend this. We biked to restaurants and bars. It’s a great location for that! Now the not so great… - I’d say the house was medium clean at best. Upon arrival I had to wipe up hair and hair ties off the floor. All of the pillows on the couches and much of the furniture are stained and the paint was peeling around the house and the counters/table were sticky. It’s a beach house so I wasn’t expecting pristine but I’ve also rented beach homes before and was shocked given the price point. - they nickle and dime you.. be prepared to bring your own TP, trash bags and dish soap. extra $ to get sheets on the bed - TVs wouldn’t connect to wifi - door knob worked 1/2 the time and was all rusted, insufficient outside light for how steep stairs are Overall we’d stay again if it was cheaper.”
