“Our place was exactly as described and extremely peaceful. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and that we could see the ocean and the sound right from our deck. It worked perfectly for our golden retriever as well.”

“It was a nice spot, about 4 houses from the beach, but not a bad walk. The beach at the end of the road was uncrowded, even though it was a section that got a lot of erosion, just months before, so it wasn't that wide. There was a gas station/store right across the street. It was only 25-30 minutes from the Hatteras light house which they were working on painting, hopefully it will be done by 2027 they said. Also plenty of parking spots to drive to a more remote beach, and several orv ramps just make sure you get your permit and take necessary tools for driving on the beach.”

“This house was amazing for my family, and house is as shown in pictures. Only problem we had was bathroom downstairs lightbulbs were burnt only one was working other then that we would stay at this house again.”

“It was a wonderful vacation with friends and family. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk to the beach and pier. The home itself was nice, albeit a bit small. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in a place ver close to the beach”

“The place was cozy, well-appointed, clean, with a nice surf vibe and new linens, beds, and sofas. We loved the architecture and unique features like the skylight that cranked open to have a nice breeze in the shower and the large windows to let in the light and sky. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet with just enough activity and things nearby to not feel isolated. The check in and check out processes were easy. The listing photos and description were accurate. It would have been nice to have a bit more information on the listing about beach and pool gear available for guests to use. We decided not to pack beach gear and rent if we needed to, but the property had chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach cart for our use. The pool had inflatables and other pool toys. Would definitely stay here again.”
