“The location is great, and this unit might be the best location in the complex! Super convenient to both the pool and the beach access. We would recommend but have a few things worth noting. The unit is older but well kept with a good layout. The provided linens and kitchen supplies are bare minimum, which was fine for us but worth noting if you need any special items since you will be at least 30/40 min away from any stores. There is a Dollar General but with it being the only store nearby it was picked bare of some essentials the three different times we stopped by there. The Outer Banks Resort Rentals company is great and super quick with communication. But they are only the booking company. The actual condo unit maintenance company is not as easy to communicate with, only via phone call. They sent a door code for entry but gave no phone number to call if you have issues getting in. We only found contact info for that company once inside so thankfully getting in was smooth.”

“My family loved our stay at Hatteras High. The unit was clean and perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Being just steps from the beach and having a balcony overlooking the ocean were definitely highlights. Great conveniences like the storage area downstairs for beach chairs, etc. We also like how the location was quieter and not as touristy as some of the other towns. Outer Banks Resort rentals made our first trip to the Outer Banks memorable and we would stay at Hatteras High again.”

“The host fixed any concerns and problems we had with urgency! The rental itself was in a great location! Close to our favorite pizza places, arcade and obviously right in the beach! The laundry room is always clean, the pool is sparkling and the entire amenities are perfect for vacation!”
