“The home is absolutely beautiful! It’s spacious, very aesthetically pleasing and every room is comparable. The downside to this property is that it is not cleaned well. There is dust coming out of vents, stains and musty smell in carpeted areas, hair and makeup left on linens, the floors visibly needed to be mopped, bathrooms with hair, dirt and grime in showers. We requested for someone to be sent out to clean, however, they never arrived. We did request a refill on the propane tank, replacement linens, and replacement remotes for 2 TV’s that were completed. It’s very unfortunate that the property is not well kept because the home is really nice. It was a sour experience to spend our time cleaning remnants of previous guests, especially for a $7,000 price tag for a long weekend. The area is very secluded, quiet and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach. However, I would not recommend this property without thorough deep clean with a professional team.”

“All went well except for the few things I'm going to mention. The place was brand new and the cleaning could have been better especially in the midst of Covid. There was dust everywhere and the vents were unclean and the floors were not swept. We also noticed ants in the bedroom on the 4th floor by the stairs. There was brown splatter on wall in living room near sliding door, stains on the kitchen chairs for the large dining room table that we cleaned, all the outside garbages were full, the grills were very dirty and could have lead to a fire hazard, some of the sliding doors, in particular, 2nd floor bedroom were unable to lock. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!”
