“I felt we got the most for our money with this home. It comfortably fit myself, my parents, two kids & 2 dogs. For the area, it was hard to find something in my price range that included a hot tub. We found what we were looking for with idle minds! We fell in love with the home immediately, and upon walking in it smelled SO clean :) it had more than expected in the kitchen (be sure to check ALL the cabinets). Also included in a closet in the den were cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, mop, broom and dustpan which was very convenient and helpful. Also would like to mention that the outdoor grill has been updated & included the smoke chimney. The only negatives I have are that I wish we had known how steep the dune walk was. My mother had to use the beach access instead, luckily only a 5 minute walk. The other negative is that my pups had spurs in their feet all week from the yard, but the neighboring yards were clear. A little more lawn care and this place is perfect! Thank you sm!!!!”

“Overall, we had a good stay and would rate this property 3-4 stars. The location was excellent, the area was great, and the beach access was very convenient. The pool was also a highlight and was enjoyed by our group. The home offered plenty of space, which made our stay comfortable. There were, however, a few maintenance issues that kept the experience from being a full 5 stars. The grass had not been mowed and made the outdoor areas feel a bit neglected. The hot tub was not working during our stay, which was disappointing. The dryer required three full cycles to dry clothes, the dishwasher was difficult to start and seemed to struggle at times, and two of the bedroom TVs were not working. 3 brooms in the house but no dust pan. With some attention to these maintenance items, this property could easily provide an even better guest experience. We appreciated the location, pool, beach access, and spacious accommodations, and hope these issues are addressed for future guests.”

“This house was so special. We chose it for the location & pet friendly accommodations, but it exceeded expectations! The beach was a 2 second walk away. The house was so clean & comfortable. Private/quiet location. Incredible views of the ocean. All of the different decks off the house gave us a new experience throughout each day - sunrise views from the deck off the living room, sunset from the roof, hide from the wind in the screened in sun room next to the hot tub, open your bedroom door to more decks! Perfect star gazing views. We’re so thankful for this property! It was perfect.”
