“We had a great stay overall. The house was fairly clean when we arrived, and the management team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our vacation. The only downside was that there were multiple maintenance visits during our stay on several different days. We weren’t really given notice about when they would arrive or whether they would be coming at all, which made it difficult to plan our days. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location!”

“Great house a very short from the beach. Perfect size for 4 adults and two young kids. No view from the deck, but the benefit of that is the deck and screened porch are private, which was great for eating meals together.”

“The house was refreshing and suited our family of 7 well. The house is nicer than ones we’ve rented in the same category before. The beds are comfortable with nice sheets. The bathrooms were nice and well cleaned. The kitchen is very nice and is well appointed. Plenty of bathrooms and lots of hot water. Resort Realty was quick to respond and solve an A/C issue, and their staff is very helpful and friendly. Nicely furnished. Had a great outside shower too! The grilling area could be a little better but overall, I’d give the house a 4.9 of 5! Would recommend to others and plan to rebook in the future!”

“Great place for 3-4 couples! Close to everything. We will try to stay there again. I'm guessing they have several repeat customers and that their calendar stays full... What surprised us a bit was the inability to park a boat at the dock. Too shallow during our stay. Probably, perfect for kayaks and jets skis. This house host's one of the best Sunsets "In the World"! We couldn't get enough of that view! The pool is a huge emenity, where we stayed half of the time.... One of our best weeks ever, and we hope to return next year same time.”
