“I am not someone who ever writes bad reviews but multiple things happened at this stay that I feel a need to warn people of. First the air conditioning did not work when I arrived and I told the host right away. The air conditioning did not get fixed for 4 full nights despite it being over 82 degrees in the apartment. Second the code to the door died, locking all of my things and medication in the apartment. When I told the host they said there was nothing they could do and I was unable to get into the apartment for a full 24 hours”

“This was my first and definitely my worst experience. When we arrived, the front door was wide open. We had been told the lockbox wasn’t working and that a spare key would be outside the property in the window, but there was no key. The door being left open was extremely concerning, when arrived the door was was wide open with and there was a strange smell inside. I contacted the host immediately about the safety concerns, but there was little sense of urgency. There was also no way to lock the property if we left, which made us feel completely unsafe. While waiting for the issue to be resolved which never happened we also discovered that the A/C wasn’t working in 85-degree weather. After waiting for over three hours with no resolution, we had no choice but to leave. Traveling with my family while pregnant made the situation even more stressful.This experience was unacceptable due to the serious safety issues, lack of communication, and failure to provide a safe, livable property”
