“If location is your top priority, this property may work for you. However, based on our experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The cleanliness was a major issue; the floors were so dirty that my kids had to keep their shoes on, otherwise their feet would turn black. The upstairs bathroom sink was completely clogged & unusable, and the washer & dryer made such a loud, concerning noise that I didn’t feel comfortable using them. There were noticeable stains throughout the carpet, & the WiFi didn’t work, which also meant none of the TVs functioned. The back patio lights were out as well, limiting use of that space. Communication with the host was disappointing, they were not very helpful, & check-in was frustrating since we weren’t given the correct unit number. It took extra time to find the right place, and even then, the provided door code didn’t work. Overall, aside from the convenient location, the condition of the property and lack of support made this a poor experience.”
