“The pool was extremely hard to find. It was over 1 mile away from the place we were at. Key card didn’t work to get into pool or club house. Club house as locked for special events couldn’t use anything. It was over a MILE away to get to the pool. With small kids that was insane. There are no bar stools. No outside furniture to sit at. Couldn’t even sit outside and enjoy anything. Couldn’t send the kids to the pool with it being OVER a mile away. No tvs in kids room no black our shades.”

“I would not book this property again. The listing advertised 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, 2 sofa trundles, and 1 queen bed, but there were no king beds or twin beds in the home. The photos and captions also appeared to contradict the written description, making the sleeping arrangements misleading. We booked for 12 family members, but the accommodations were inadequate. Only two beds had blankets, one bed had only a sheet, and there was no bedding for guests sleeping on the sofa beds. There was also only one set of towels available. The listing advertised community pool access. We were told there should be two pool access cards in the lockbox, but only one was provided and it did not work. We even waited about 25 minutes at the gate hoping a resident would let us in so the children could swim. When we arrived, the outside trash bin was already full. We had to place our bagged trash beside it because there was no room. I have photos, videos, screenshots of the listing, and messages.”
