“Bella Vista made our vacation stay picture perfect! The marsh and ocean views made porch sitting worth it every day! Our family loved the pool and made the perfect ending spot after our days at the beach! We can’t wait to visit next year!”

“Had a great time overall. The unit was beautifully remodeled with many great touches. Pros: Pristine bathroom with huge walk-in shower, the freestanding tub is a lovely touch, pool with nice landscaping that surrounds it, convenient washer/dryer, kitchen was pristine and equipped with many essentials (just bring a frying pan if planning to cook on the stovetop), quiet neighborhood, and close to many great beach access points. Sunset Beach was our favorite. Cons: We felt that the unit was overall clean, but we discovered that one of the quilts that was folded at the edge of the master bed had a large, dried urine stain on it. We could smell it for several days before discovering it. The only other issue is that the floors are thin and noise carries from the upstairs unit, if occupied. During our stay, those renters made frequent commotion during early and late hours. They also left a howling dog in the unit while out during the day. Be aware if you are sensitive to noise.”

“Great location for going to the beach. The house itself was dingy, and the carpet upstairs had a noticeable smell. The beds were worn out with large sags in the middle. There was an exposed outlet with no cover that we had to put something in front of so our toddler couldn't stick his hand in it. There were other small safety concerns for a small child such as nails sticking out of the trim. Overall it worked but for the same money you could find a better place.”
