“CONS- The house needs some TLC. Some lights don’t work. We had an issue with several roaches coming out from behind the stove. There is garbage under the house that has been there for some time. The general condition of the house was old and weathered. PROS- Everything was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. There was room for 8 comfortably if needed. Plenty of cooking pans and dishes in the kitchen. The location could not have been better. Great beach access. Perfect views. Overall it was a nice stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this house! There were a few minor inconveniences like TV/TV remotes not working well and the dishwasher is around the corner from the sink but the house was very clean and well stocked, the views from porch are amazing and it was a great spot for a large group. One thing that needs to be changed on the listing is that it says it has a heated pool but upon arrival we were told it would cost an extra $400 to heat the pool which felt a little misleading. I highly recommend this house for a large group or family!”

“We LOVED our stay at the Blue Lobster! The house has beautiful ocean views, great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and had most of the utensils you’ll need. The beds were all very comfortable and the mattress feels newer. We also reallllly loved the location, it is walking distance to the beach entrance and to Publix, which was a huge win! We would rebook this house anytime.”
