“Great location close to the beach and pier. Feels very homey and the beds were comfy! A few minor issues including lots of ant hills in the front yard and the AC struggled on a couple of particularly hot days, but overall great! Would stay here again”

“Nice house in a nice neighborhood close the beach and we loved the outdoor shower and backyard. But our sheets were full of sand in every room and some of the silverware had to be washed by hand as it was dirty.”

“The home is a nice 3br 2 bath home on OKI. The layout is typical. Due to renters that don't have much respect for others people property, the home is a little tired. the carpets in al 3 bedrooms are all pretty stained and appear to be uncleanable. The home suited our needs as we are renovaing a home we recently purchased on OKI. I would probably remove the carpet and replace it with LVP as it is way more durable. All in all it worked for us perfectly and if need be we would rent the property again.”
