“This place was very clean and such a great house for me and my friends to stay! It was so peaceful and easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The location and actual house is 5 stars! Our experience was just unfortunate. The AC was not working when we arrived and was not able to be fixed until our 2nd day of our trip. When the tech was able to fix it, it blew hot air out for over an hour and the house got up to 98 degrees. We had two pets with us that are prone to overheating so we were very concerned. Thankfully the sunroom was not connected to the AC and we were able to put our animals in there. Eventually it was fixed and the house became cool 2 hours later. The house is adorable and was clean! The location is great and quiet area.”

“I dislike writing these negative reviews, but they help others. Hours before check-in I was texted saying the washer/dryer was broke. As a beach rental, I would have never rented if I knew earlier. The manager wanted to repair AM on checkout day; I said no. No offer to repair earlier. This rental is at a great location - views of the ocean, plenty of privacy from neighbors, easy walk to the uncrowded beach. The outside deck area has been recently renovated and is a great place to hangout and enjoy the ocean views and swimming pool. Disappointments: - No washer and dryer - AC unit sits on a shelf above the master bedroom window above the bed and is VERY noisy. - Swimming pool was unclean (cleaner came 2 days later). And very low on water (we filled) - Lower oven dirty with food. (we didn't use) - Non-stick pots/pans are worn out. Not "beautifully stocked". - Bath in the house did no have a working stopper - Grill is worn out and UNDER the deck area.”

“This house was amazing for our two families! The indoor space was comfortable and clean, the proximity to the beach was great, the pool and hot tub were our evening hangouts, and the view from the front porches was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this home! Be sure to take your beach towels!”

“I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but I’d hate for another family to have the same experience. While James was responsive, the home needs significant maintenance. Multiple outlets, lights, and lamps didn’t work, and several floors were very uneven with noticeable dips that felt like water damage and created trip hazards. The stairs are extremely steep and narrow and feel unsafe without better handrails and step visibility. Cleanliness was an issue—dirty and moldy dishes were put away, and we had to wash everything before use. The can opener was rusted and unusable. The washer/dryer barely worked, repeatedly errored, and we could only do a few loads all stay. The pool lacked a skimmer and had debris, and the heater/pump was unreliable. Privacy was also a major concern due to sheer window coverings—people outside could easily see inside, especially at night. Trash outside was overflowing and attracted pests. Maintenance also entered unannounced. Overall, we did not feel comfortable.”
