“My family had such a great time here! We loved having the pool and the beach access. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and many visits to get ice cream. We would stay here again.”

“The condo was simple yet well appointed with all the necessities. It isn’t fancy but had everything you would need. I will say that the beds were not very comfortable, but we use very firm mattresses. These were very soft. The St.Regis had great amenities - the pool, pickleball court and the on-site coffee shop were personal favorites. The area is not bike friendly but is there really anywhere to hike to or places to lock bikes onsite or when you go anywhere that far north on the NTS side. Unless you plan to drive elsewhere- I’d say leave your bikes at home. The beach also disappears near and at high tide. So be prepared to pack up at some point in the day and head to the pool!! It’s a great time to take a break, get a stack and reapply sunscreen.”

“Our family really enjoyed ourselves here! The location was perfect, the beach access was super easy, there was adequate space for our individual families in each room, nice community pool, and the elevator from the lower level to the mid level was an added bonus! The only negative input in my opinion was the extra charge for the linens/towels, no basic household essentials supplied, and no grill on sight. None of these things are the end of the world, but would have made a good property even better.”

“North Topsail Beach is the quieter side of the island. Beach was beautiful as usual. Covered pool was cold due to no sunlight hitting it. Outdoor pool was nice. Loved the coffee shop. We did find a used bandaid on one of the blankets but we werent using the other twin bed so we just swapped the blankets. Otherwise, condo was very clean. The biggest issue I have is with the requirement to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels or purchase a linen package (which on my unit was $136). If you are driving there that might not be much of an inconvenience, but we flew which meant more weight to add to our checked bags since there was no way I was paying that much money to rent linens. When we arrived, that also meant we had to make the beds which isnt the first thing I want to do when I start my vacation. I feel for the price, that all linens and towels should be included.”
