“3950 Island Dr was perfect for our family in the set up. The four separate bedrooms and baths allowed everyone some privacy while enjoying our family vacation. The house is stocked way beyond the description for kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook and eat meals together. Plenty of utensils, pots/pans, cutting boards, appliances, etc. There are books, games, and more for entertainment. We never ran out of hot water despite having six adults showering at end of day. We did have a problem with the tv and a shower draining but Seashore had someone respond and correct both despite it being holiday weekend. If you stay here, be careful with outdoor shower, the latch is on the outside and easy to get locked in. Also a plus, the house has spigots on each level to rinse feet to keep sand out!”

“I’ve stayed in Airbnbs for years - for the amount of extra money they make you pay for linens, it was ridiculous. There were 0 extra paper towels or rolls of toilet paper to be found.”

“The house is located in a great area if you’re interested in bar scene. Hot tub and pool were great. Although the home wasn’t very clean upon arrival and the yard was not up kept, it was still a good home. P.S $280 for a single pet fee is too high.”

“Traveled here with myself and my 3 year old. Our stay was wonderful, the view of the ocean was great. Easy access to the beach & pool. Clean unit. None of this mattered to us but felt it should be noted for anyone reading this review, you can very clearly hear the upstairs tenants walking around / shutting cabinets / flushing toilets. There are NO towels in the unit not even to dry hands or dishes even though all dishes needed to be cleaned and dried prior to check out. I know we could have purchased linens - we chose to bring our own I just wasn’t expecting there to be not a single towel. Extremely friendly staff, we loved Jay at the pool he made delicious lunch for us! Overall great stay and made wonderful memories with my daughter would book again.”

“My friends and I stayed here for 7 days. This may be one of the best gems in surf city. The view is amazing with multiple decks, the inside is really nice with great space and very easy layout. The check in was super easy and the hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout the process. If I’m going to be staying in surf city again I will stop back here!”

“Wife and I went Thursday-Sunday expecting to work from location Friday. WiFi does not work for tv/phone/laptop. Tried to communicate issue and got no response. Linens are not included, but you won’t know that until after you book. Location had not been cleaned recently and it showed. Bed is not comfortable in the slightest. Overall property is in a nice area. Great location close to the beach with community pool included. They communicated check-in/check-out clearly. Would have preferred the place to be cleaner and a better description of property upon booking but overall fairly priced for what you get.”
