“Kokomo is in a beautiful, peaceful location, and we really enjoyed how quiet the area was. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the master bedroom and bathroom were beautifully remodeled—definitely a highlight of the home. There were a few things we struggled with during our stay. The full bunk beds had very thin mattresses, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest. The kitchen was also quite small for the number of people the property can accommodate. There was no cupboard space, and the microwave was old, small, and took a long time to heat food—especially tricky when warming up holiday leftovers. The kitchen was also missing some basic items like mixing bowls and baking sheets. In the mornings, there were no curtains or blinds on the front windows. The sunlight came in very strongly, and it was difficult to find a comfortable spot to sit without being in the bright morning sun. “The house was exactly as pictured. The walk to the beach was actually shorter than it appeared it was going to be on the map. The view from the deck was perfect and the pool is a game changer. We had issues with adjusting the temperature to the hot tub but Justin was quick to get a guy out to look at it. Unfortunately it really never heated up for our stay but they were able to determine what needed to be fixed. The only real issue was looking for the key box. Also, the washer and dryer are under the house. Justin did send a message a couple hours into our first day telling us that but we had already found it. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Great location to beach and beatifule views of sound from both upper and lower back deck. Cute pirate themed condo, kids would love it! A few too many throw pillows though, you needed to move some every time you wanted to sit down. We would definitely book again.”

“Great location - loved the serenity at the end of the private pier and easy beach access directly across the street. Our teenage boys loved having access to the poker and foosball/darts rooms and volleyball/badminton court. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy. Thank you!”
