“Better properties on the island I wouldn’t rate this one very highly”

“The location is great for families with lots of things close by. The pool and restaurant were great and well maintained. There was supposed to be an adjustable bed but there were no remotes and when asked about it they never got back to me.”

“The location was a bit out there but AMAZING! We loved being right on the beach with our own access to the beach. We could wash sand off right on the boardwalk and come and go to the beach all day. So convenient! Loved that it was dog friendly. Our dogs had so much fun on vacay too! The condition of the property is in need of some attention from doors that wouldn’t open to the balcony, electricity that seemed a little off with blinking, flickering lights, to furniture covered in dog hair, pilling, scratches, and seemingly dirty… kitchen cookware needs updating as does the kitchen carpet. Bedroom comforters and pillow shams don’t get washed and that made us feel uncomfortable in using the beds. For a property that can host 9 people and being so far from restaurants, a bigger freezer and refrigerator would have been nice. Also suggest a keyless entry as getting key from rental office is a 20 minute drive away. AC worked well! All 9 of us had hot showers every day!”

“The rental was as described. However probably not really large enough for 6 people's luggage etc. A couple of items mentioned were not inside. When I called someone responded quickly. The bedroom floor was not clean. It felt sticky and when I used a wet paper towel to clean it, it was black. I wet mopped the whole place although only the bedroom was really dirty. No one mentioned that the restaurant in building 2 was closed due to new ownership. It would be helpful to have a binder of information such as pool/fitness center times, that there is an air hose on premises, where to use the key card, closest grocery stores, restaurants, events etc. All in all we enjoyed our vacation but felt that basic information was lacking.”
