“this place was incredible! it truly was so beautiful out on the big third floor deck, and it was great with kids because the stairs to get down to the beach are off the second floor deck, so we could let them out on the third floor deck without worrying about stairs or anything like that. the place was beautiful & clean. the view and convenience is unbeatable. it was a couple miles from town, but we liked having the quieter area for most of the time and having to drive a couple miles for groceries or going out to dinner vs the other way around. 10/10 stay!!!”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to numerous issues that weren’t disclosed in the listing. The property had multiple maintenance and safety concerns, including soft spots in the flooring, broken doors and hardware, visible mold and musty odor, cockroach activity, cleanliness issues, inadequate air conditioning, and a protruding nail on the boardwalk that caused an injury. The most serious issue occurred when an exterior handrail failed while being used by a member of our group over the age of 70. This raised significant concerns about the property's overall safety and upkeep. We reported an issue during our stay but were disappointed with the response and lack of meaningful resolution. While the location may work for some travelers, our experience didn’t meet expectations. Prospective guests should carefully consider whether the condition of the property aligns with their expectations, particularly if traveling with children, older adults, or anyone with mobility concerns.”

“The location is great for families with lots of things close by. The pool and restaurant were great and well maintained. There was supposed to be an adjustable bed but there were no remotes and when asked about it they never got back to me.”
