“The apartment looked like the pictures. It’s been updated and is free of clutter. The St.Regis complex Itself needs much cosmetic work. Our stay was fine until we encountered a huge roach in the bedroom on our second to last day. The host was responsive and apologized. Also offered to send pest control but I did not want anything being sprayed while we were still there. This ruined our stay because I had to go through all our belongings to ensure we would not bring any home and we were just disgusted overall from that point on. If you decide to stay, just keep your belongings off the floor, that would be my recommendation.”

“The condo was well equipped for our needs. Everything you need is at St Regis from coffee, food, drinks, ice cream, beach chair/umbrella rental. Great place to unwind. Not overly crowded, all of the staff were pleasant and helpful at the resort.”

“We really had a wonderful vacation here! Topsail is beautiful. We found many shark teeth and went ghost crab hunting. One thing to note about this location - when it is high tide there is no beachy area as the tide reaches the sandbags, so you only have beach access for part of the day in front of the resort. This was okay for our family because during that time we hung out at the pool and then went to the beach in the afternoon. The condo itself is in pristine condition and is decorated wonderfully. Aside from the couch, the place is very comfortable. The condo was extremely clean, however the floors need to be mopped BADLY. My daughter walked around barefoot and the bottoms of her feet quickly became black, so we had to wear shoes inside the condo at all times. Other than that, it was wonderful. Check for openings and times of resort restaurants prior to your trip as there was only one open restaurant and the coffee shop/ice cream store did not open until later than advertised.”

“Beautiful, well appointed condo! Less beach than desired but attention to detail was outstanding! Beautiful view, easy parking, and loved the putting green. Slightly disappointed the restaurant on site was not open.”
