“This home is beautiful. You feel Right at home as soon as you enter the door . Spotless clean . Comfortable beds with nice linens . Kitchen with everything you need for your stay . The neighborhood is lush and walkable . There are passes for the swimming pool and pickell ball court . I will definitely book here again .”

“We enjoyed our stay, the electric went out because of a storm and this house has an automatic generator. That was super nice. the only minor thing was the TV in the main living are was an older TV that did not have things like YouTube or anything else on it. I can't deduct any points for that, but figured I would mention it.”

“I would never rent a house through Vacasa again. The entire home was filthy: blood stains on the floor, trash left in closets, the dishwasher left completely full with DIRTY dishes, front door didn’t even open all the way and tv remote batteries were all dead. I tried to reach out to Vacasa several times to give them the chance to make it right and was told (MULTIPLE TIMES) that a manager would contact me shortly to make it right. I even sent them pictures of everything. Shocker. No one ever called me. Vacasa should do better.”

“Caveat: Five stars for the host moving us to a new home. This review is about the birch lane property. If I was younger, I would not care as much about the condition of the home. The house needs a deep clean and some paint. The red shower was dirty and is honestly kind of freaky. The recliner was broken and had probably never been vacuumed in the crevices. There was stains on some linens, furniture, walls and carpet. I understand that it’s a vacation home that lots of people & pets have probably been through but it really needs some TLC and minor repairs. By repair, I mean fix some moldings, paint, replace the carpet and some furniture with something else that wasn’t left behind by whoever lived there for 25yrs just flipped for a rental. Our original home had a water issues so they politely moved us here before our stay. We also had a dog and I’m sure it was difficult last minute to accommodate. They moved us 3 times and I will say 5 stars for the host but 3 stars for birch lane home”
