“Older time share listed as AirBnB. This was not made known in listing. Place needed updated and better maintenance. Unit I was in had dead tree in living room area. Dead bugs throughout unit.”

“The place was very clean and well stocked for home cooking. We were very comfortable with all the space and multiple bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool several times throughout our stay. We had a few issues with communication and information. First off, the wifi is incorrect on the modem and when we reached out through the app we were unable to resolve the issue until the next day with the office. Secondly, the washer leaks! Third issue we encountered was a broken jacuzzi tub in our rental. We picked this location solely for the jacuzzi and were told someone would fix it the second day of out stay. That did not unfortunately happen and we left on our last day without a jacuzzi experience and no communication from staff.”

“All in all, everyone in our party liked the place, but it is getting a bit outdated. IF you are planning on using the sofa bed, make sure you get blankets, etc from the office. There are none in the unit. Directions to the unit are a bit sketchy. We had to ask security where the unit was. The map isn’t very detailed. The amenities of the place are pretty good. Nice pool and hot tub. Mini golf, etc.”
