“We had a terrible experience due to the lack of communication and response to an incident that occurred. While in the house, without any notice or even knocking, 2 people dressed like Village Realty maintenance personnel used the entry code and entered the house while we were occupying the residence. Despite seeing the car in the driveway, the man insisted he was told no one was in the house and he was pushing to change the filters. He was found right near my daughter’s room and it was a very alarming and potentially dangerous situation. Village Realty was contacted several times during and after the incident and has not responded. I feel this is genuinely unacceptable.”

“Nice place to stay, you cannot see the ocean from the condo, but the condo is spacious. We had an issue with one of our bathrooms not being cleaned upon our arrival. They had someone come and clean it for us. It is run through a realty company, so the communication was frustratingly automated. Everything you send will get an AI response, and you won't get an answer from someone if you message on the weekend. Overall nice place and location, but not sure we will stay here again.”

“Was a very nice location and house. There was a moldy bathmat in one of the bathrooms and some stains on the bedspreads. Overall, the house was clean and well maintained. Great location and the pool/hot tub were well maintained.”

“We just relaxed, shopped and visited. Girls trips are fun and places like this house are a great setup. Needs more blankets. We asked but that was not provided by the reality company. So bring your own blankets.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The only “complaint” would be that it could use a little updating in the house and the pool. Other than that it was nice! Close to the beach. 2 miles up the road was a restaurant Sam and Omi’s that we loved.”
