“Great stay! Prime location. Very clean house! Would stay here again.”

“This was a great house for our family of six adults and two children, ages four and one. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was especially great. Walking distance across the street to the beach was very quick and easy despite it being a somewhat busy road. The beach itself is fantastic with two piers nearby. Short driving distance to great restaurants, attractions like the lighthouse, the Wright Brothers memorial, etc. Lots of things to do such as mini golf and other things nearby. Would definitely stay in this area again. The house itself was well stocked with everything needed to cook a couple of meals, including a gas grill. The pool and jacuzzi were fun to use as well. Minor disappointments in that the furniture was dated and worn, carpet didn’t seem clean, and the ceiling fan in the king bedroom on the second floor did not work. Overall, still a great place to stay and Village Realty was very responsive to all my questions.”

“Over all nice place to stay. Decorated with cute beach decor and has great location. Just note if you check in after 5 and have an issue that isn’t an emergency the office will be closed. Our small issue was we were given the wrong WIFI info.”

“We didn't have air-conditioning on 2 floors of the house most of the stay. Top floor never got fixed and stayed at 86 degrees all week. Not working on arrival and told every day that it would be fixed. Property was beautiful. I have never left a bad review while traveling all over. They knew of the problem, just didn't care.”

“The house was absolutely beautiful with incredible views and lots of space for our group. We were disappointed with the lack of basic necessities, towels, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. I had reached out to village reality to request if these items could be brought to us, but I never received a response.”
