“We had a great stay! The house had such a great setup and was very clean. It was close to everything, whether we wanted to walk or drive, and the views from both sides of the house were beautiful. The outdoor shower was super convenient after the beach, and we loved the screened-in picnic table area—it was perfect for our seafood boil! The decor was really cute and gave the whole place a fun beachy feel. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The location was great! Beach cart came in handy. As far as the house the appliances need attention- keurig was broken, fridge upstairs shelves were coming apart. One slider door was extremely hard to open. One toilet took forever to fill. Some of the bedroom doors stick are hard and noisy to open. Beds are in need of an upgrade one had a huge dip in it and rooms get very hot at nite wish they had mini splits to help. General upkeep and cleanliness- 2, pool was nice but the landscaping around it was in need of some TLC. The porch was in need of resurfacing, paint chipping, rusty nails sticking out and boards coming up in a few places (trip hazard). Showers were moldy, needs new curtain in the one. Coffee table, light switch and stair walls had chocolate hand prints on them when we arrived. Carpet did not look vacuumed. It was off from the pics online. Overall the house is in need of some care and maintenance but we made do. We had a great time despite everything.”

“The location was perfect. There is a lot to do in a very safe and beautiful environment. Nothing better than being right on the ocean! The house was very clean when we arrived, and it was easy to get into. However, it is showing quite a bit of where and needs a thorough “deep cleaning”, to remove stains on the carpets, the sofas, the sofa pillows, the cushions on the dining room chairs, etc. Also, the kitchen counters had several large chips in it. And, the screens on the front entry porch were torn considerably in several places. Overall, it was acceptable because everything functioned and the rooms were well appointed with comfortable bedding.”
