“Great house! Definitely a place to stay if you are ever going to Mills River!”

“I had to cancel my reservation several days in advance of our stay due to a reschedule of business in Asheville. I realized that I would be charged for the home rental but had no idea that I would be charged for a housecleaning that was neither needed nor performed. This is a "service" that was not provided and as such, should be refunded. If I ran my businesses in this manner, I would have been out of business years ago. Dreadful customer service allowing this illegal practice to continue. First time I've ever been forced to pay for a service that was never rendered.”

“The place was nice and exactly as pictured. Basic amenities included. We did have an issue while staying there, and the communication process was slightly frustrating. I had to contact a number in a binder to report the issue but then had three different numbers contact me multiple times about the issue. Would be great if guests only had to work with one person. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue when an Airbnb is hosted by a company rather than a person. Ultimately, the company resolved the issue in a satisfactory way.”

“This property was very clean and spacious containing all the essential amenities. Beds were quite comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets and kitchen has ample dishes and silverware. The access was difficult due to a locked gate 150 feet or so away and up a rough gravel road that seemed unnecessary and very inconvenient during a rainstorm. It would have been great if we were given the code to the padlock”
