“Absolutely loved our stay at Bright's Creek in this beautiful villa. Will definitely be back. We are a golf family and Bright's has a beautiful (challenging) course that we love to play. Also, the location is fantastic if you are looking to spend time in Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Saluda, Asheville & Hendersonville. Thanks for the great hospitality!”

“Beware, despite the listing saying that a rental agreement is required for stays over 90 days, Yonder still wanted a third party contract signed for our 4 night stay. The home needs maintenance, many lights, fans, and door latches were inoperable including the door to the master bathroom and shower. The tree house space is not usable in the summer, the tiny AC unit can not keep up with the heat and humidity. Deck furniture was moldy and unkempt. The shore line near the house is not well maintained. Fallen trees are submerged near the shore and dock making swimming dangerous and providing plenty of nesting sites for water snakes, of which we saw many near the house. The owners pontoon on the dock is junky and not maintained.”

“Great home. Air conditioner quit working on the 2nd day there. But the host quickly responded and had it fixed within 3-4 hours.”

“The home and the area were very nice. Inside the house was clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The house was cute and owners bed was comfortable. Outside the house, the property did have a few maintenance items that should be addressed. I am sharing to help set accurate expectations, not to indicate that you should not book this place - we enjoyed our stay despite these items. 1) Some of the railing on the walk down to the lake were rotten, and at one place a rusty screw was sticking out 2) the deck furniture had mildew stains and lichen on them 3) The ramp to the floating doc was broken on one side and was somewhat fixed with some rope, but this resulted in the ramp being slanted to one side which made it slightly difficult to use 4) the lounging sunchairs part way down to the doc were too dirty / mildewing to use 5) the ladder off the doc was functional, but very very covered in thick spider webs.”
