“This cabin was the perfect serene escape! We stayed here for my birthday and to date, this has been my favorite AirBnB I've stayed in! While we were intimidated by possibly not having service while driving to the place, this ended up not being the case and the provided instructions were super clear and easy to follow! Just drive carefully getting up the hill to the cabin. From being greeted by the sweetest donkey running alongside our car when we arrived, to a cabin that looked just like the pictures, if not better, - all the little details around the place are so thoughtful and make the place feel special. Having the hot tub was an amazing plus - definitely recommend spending a quiet morning out there or on the gorgeous porch! The provided binder is also a super helpful reminder, definitely recommend taking advantage of the mountain pass - this saved us about $120 visiting the Biltmore estate and we were able to book quickly day of! Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!”

“Beautiful, secluded mountain cabin with stunning views. The home is high-end throughout, gorgeous kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and some of the best linens we’ve experienced. The hot tub overlooking the mountains and the large wraparound deck were definite highlights. We had 7 people, and the double washers/dryers made a huge difference. The basement was perfect for the kids, and we never ran out of hot water. It’s about a 15-minute drive to anything, which adds to the peaceful, tucked-away feel. Snow the first two days made it extra magical, and the fireplace kept things cozy. About 35 minutes to Asheville. Overall, an amazing stay, we’d absolutely come back!”

“Pro’s: Nice kitchen & modern bathrooms with nice decor. Kitchen was well stocked. Peaceful. You can hear the river from the porch. Loved games & pool table despite Pop A Shot not working. Double washer & dryer set up was helpful to have. Con’s: House needs outdoor maintenance including blowing off porches, replacing wood & painting porches. No cushions were on outdoor area near the hot tub. The house also needs deep cleaning including dusting. Several walls with small holes & scuffs. Hot tub was reported to be ready for use but we checked the water with a pool kit & the pH & chlorine levels were not considered safe for use. The staircase from the first to second floor is extremely narrow & steep. Would use caution with small children or elderly individuals.”
