“The beds were dirty on arrival. Items were left behind from previous people. Did not have towels, starter items, etc. After numerous calls and waiting 4 hours we had towels and starter kit. Don’t plan to use the closets as they are all full of misc items like decor, furniture, paint, etc. No hangers. The dryer does not work properly. Messaged them on Wednesday about it. Never received any message back. A tech came out on Sunday (night before our departure). Said it needed more than they could do. I will never use this business again. Location is beautiful and the community people are so friendly.”

“We loved the location and neighborhood! The inside of the house needs work for sure. Carpet could’ve been cleaner, house had a funny smell and we had to rewash all the dishes before we used them. There also was not a lot of dishes/silverware in the kitchen. Would love to come back if appliances, kitchen, and couch were upgraded. Wallpaper was peeling everywhere. But, we all fit and had a great time, the neighborhood was beautiful & location was awesome.”

“Really enjoyed the stay and the surrounding area! Unfortunately, we did had some minor issues. Parking could be labeled better-caused an issue with two separate residents by accidentally parking under the wrong spot. There were no trash bags or paper towels provided. Little toilet paper provided, causing us to run out…. Didn’t receive checkout instructions, but could have been a technical issue. Overall the stay was peaceful and the view was beautiful. Being able to fish right out the back of the condo was great!! Highly recommend booking a trip out of pirates cove being that it right around the corner. Book with The Speechless and Capt. Edwards!!”
